How to prepare for a Covid-19 strike

Some go through it lightly, others a little more difficult, still others – very hard. Do not count on a miracle, but prepare your body to confront the virus. Thanks to this we will go through the disease much better, even if we have compensated accompanying diseases, and even if we get pneumonia. This is the basis, which is worth taking care of:
- Keep your body in a rested, sleepy state
- Keep your body well hydrated with at least 1.5-2 liters of fluids daily
- Eat well. Feeling full is not equal to being nourished! You can be obese and malnourished at the same time! - Eat scrubbed and cleaned in a food ozonizer (or scalded) vegetables and fruits, lots of citrus fruits, kiwis

- Consume plenty of probiotics in foods: kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, pickles
- Let there be no day without garlic, ginger, honey, lemon
- For the next month or two give up alcohol, and do not allow alcohol intoxication, which leads to a lower immunity!
- Give up cigarettes completely now (you will need your lungs more than ever!), and if you must smoke, reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke to 2-3 of the electronic type and without tar.
