First degree course of st. Hildegard

The certificate confirms that Anna Wyszyńska, M.Sc., a psychodietetic, has completed the first level course in St. Hildegard’s medicine. She is an expert in healing by eating according to St. Hildegard’s method and a practitioner of Hildegard’s healing cuisine with 8 years of experience. Her sons’ deep allergies and health problems strongly directed her view towards healing through nutrition. She started with a diet for people with coeliac disease and gluten-free diet, but since coming into contact with the figure and extraordinary achievements of St. Hildegard of Bingen – she finally put in order (and still puts in order) her world of dietetics, herbalism, medicine.
